Holiday Gift Guide 2019
Updated: Dec 16, 2020
We’re getting down to the wire with holiday gifts, so I thought it would be helpful for me to put together a little gift guide for you guys! I feel like I have a lot of different areas that I’m interested in, so I separated it out into four areas. Scroll through and let me know if I missed anything food!
For the Foodie

I use my food processor, blender, and instapot MOST out of all my appliances (except maybe my coffee maker)- these are a great investment for someone if you’re looking for a bigger gift. The taco towel, food ornaments, and avocado saver would make cute stocking stuffers, and a cookbook is such a fun present for anyone who is looking for new, healthy ideas. This particular one is by my friend Laura and came out just last week- it’s AWESOME and has over 200 recipes!

The Complete Clean Eating Cookbook
For the Coffee Enthusiast

Someone who loves coffee is someone I love to shop for. All the gifts on this list except the Ninja system (which I am coveting for our future home) are things I personally own and use daily. The frother, collagen, and pecan coffee make me feel like I’m getting a fancy drink without the price tag. While the mug is the ONLY mug I’ve ever found that can keep my drinks hot from 5am until past lunch, since I tend to sip my coffee through the morning.
For the Fitness Fanatic

I absolutely love JUNK brands headbands- they are the only brand I can find that stays on my head and doesn’t slide around, and they have hundreds of fun designs so they make a super fun gift. Wags and weights is another brand I shop frequently for two reasons (besides the fact that their clothes are fun and fit well): they are female owned and they donate a portion of all of their sales to local dog rescues. LOVE. The rest of the items here I use daily- the Garmin (I have an older one and I LOVE the look of this white one) helps me track my heart rate during my own workouts or time my clients during theirs, and I love the slingshot bands and foam roller for recovery and mobility work.
For the Environmentally Friendly

Lately I have been trying to mitigate the impact I’m having on the environment through single use items and really be a bit more environmentally responsible. The gifts on this list can all help with that, making them items your friends/family can not only enjoy but that you can feel good about giving! I’ve owned my hydroflask for a year and over that year dropped it many times- it is seriously indestructible! And don’t even get me started on stasher bags- I own a ton, but they just came out with the cutest colors and all different size options...I see myself scooping up more before the holidays are over for sure!
