Peach Berry Crisp

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 6 medium peaches sliced thin
  • 2 cups strawberries quartered
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Peel the peaches and slice them- the thickness and size depends on your preference, I like bigger chunks. Quarter the strawberries.
  • Grease a glass 9x9 pan and throw the fruit in as you peel.
  • Sprinkle the cornstarch on the fruit. Mix together until the cornstarch is no longer white, and the fruit is covered.
  • Mix together the oats, oat flour and cinnamon. Make a well and pour in the melted butter and maple syrup. Mix together.
  • Spoon the mixture over the fruit, spreading evenly.
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
