peach crisp

Peach Berry Crisp

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 6 medium peaches sliced thin
  • 2 cups strawberries quartered
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel the peaches and slice them- the thickness and size depends on your preference, I like bigger chunks. Quarter the strawberries.
  3. Grease a glass 9x9 pan and throw the fruit in as you peel.
  4. Sprinkle the cornstarch on the fruit. Mix together until the cornstarch is no longer white, and the fruit is covered.
  5. Mix together the oats, oat flour and cinnamon. Make a well and pour in the melted butter and maple syrup. Mix together.
  6. Spoon the mixture over the fruit, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
