This is a monthly subscription with a monthly cost of $249.

You do not need gym access but you do need access to the following equipment: at least two pairs of dumbbells (expect to potentially need to purchase more as we progress), a stability ball, mini bands and long bands (if not in a gym environment). I am more than happy to send recommendations for this equipment!

Absolutely! We will do a movement assessment as our first session to ensure you can safely complete the workouts, and each movement includes an accompanying video tutorial in the trainerize app. I also highly recommend exercising near a mirror or taking videos of yourself when starting out!

We will focus primarily on strength training, but depending on your goals I may add 1-2 days with a cardio focus.
